President & CEO
Joined ResponseForce1 in May 2010 during the MC252 BP Oil Spill response. Robert leads the company's strategic direction and has overseen its growth from incident management into a CMMC Level 2 certified cybersecurity and IT services provider.
Steven Thompson
Chief Operations Officer
Joined ResponseForce1 in April 2021. Steven oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery of cybersecurity, IT, and personnel tracking services meets the demanding standards of federal and state clients.
Edward Minyard
Chief Information Security Officer
Edward leads ResponseForce1's information security program, including CMMC compliance architecture, endpoint security, and the policies and controls that underpin the company's C3PAO-assessed certification.
Joseph Ringheisen
Director, Logistics & Operations
Joined ResponseForce1 during Hurricane Gustav in September 2008. Joseph brings over 15 years of disaster logistics experience, overseeing the operational deployment of RF1 TripWire and field team coordination.

Christopher manages the administration, security, and optimization of all corporate and project-based IT infrastructure — including the network architecture that supports ResponseForce1's secure, compliance-driven service delivery.

Aaron brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in IT support, biometrics, cybersecurity, and system administration — supporting both RF1 TripWire deployments and managed security service delivery.
